Material: Raptor Poly (extremely tough & tear resistant).
Print: Tag printed in 2 colours on 2 sides.

– Side 2: Danger this must not be operated. The tag must NOT be removed except by the undersigned, or as provider under the DANGER TAG regulations. Name / Dept / Date / Roster.
